About General Formulations GF 261 WindowMark™

A 6.0 mil perforated gloss clear vinyl with a 60/40 perforation pattern and low-tack removable adhesive. Designed for interior-mount window graphics, GF 261 provides excellent image clarity while maintaining see-through visibility from the inside. The dual-layer perforated/solid liner enhances dimensional stability and allows for easy processing with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex printers.

Do I need to change my printing method for GF 261?

Yes. Since GF 261 is designed for interior mounting, you must reverse print your design.
The print process requires a full white undercoat behind the image, followed by an opaque black layer to provide maximum contrast and one-way visibility.

What if I leave GF 261 on past the optimal removal time?

GF 261 is designed for clean removability for up to 1 year.
If left on longer, some adhesive residue may remain, which can be removed with standard adhesive removers.

Is GF 261 good for vehicle windows?

GF 261 can be used on vehicles, but state light transmission regulations must be followed.
The user is responsible for ensuring compliance with local window tinting laws.

Lamination Recommendations:
If laminating, an optically clear laminate is required to maintain visibility.
We recommend using GF 242 OptiMark™ Cast for best results.
