About General Formulations GF 238 MotoMark® ARMOR

A 12.0 mil thick gloss clear laminate with UV protection and permanent adhesive. Specifically designed for use with GF 235 MotoMark® GRIP vinyl, this laminate provides exceptional impact resistance, scratch protection, and weatherproof durability for high-performance powersports graphics. With outdoor durability of up to 5 years, GF 238 MotoMark® ARMOR is built to withstand the harshest conditions, including mud, dirt, debris, and extreme riding environments. The solvent-based adhesive bonds to most solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV, offset, and screen printing inks.

Can my cutter handle GF 238 MotoMark® ARMOR?

Yes, but special cutting settings are required due to the thickness of the film.
Check your cutter’s manual for guidelines on cutting thick materials.
General Formulations provides cutting tips on their website under “Technical Tips”.

Will GF 238 adhere to all ink types?

The adhesive is formulated to bond with most solvent, eco-solvent, latex, thermal, UV, offset, and screen inks.
Some inks may contain excessive flow additives, which can reduce adhesion.
Always test adhesion before full production.
