About General Formulations GF 208

A 7.0 mil white static cling vinyl that adheres to glass and other smooth surfaces using static charge. Perfect for short-term promotions, product markings, and retail displays, this vinyl is easy to apply, reposition, and remove without leaving residue. Designed for wide-format digital printing, GF 208 is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV curable inks, ensuring bold, high-quality prints. With a 90# layflat liner, this static cling vinyl provides excellent stability and ease of handling during printing and application.

What is the best way to apply GF 208 – dry or wet?

Both methods work, but for a smooth, bubble-free application, we recommend the wet method. Spray both the glass and the graphic surface, then use a wet-edged squeegee for easy positioning and a flawless finish.

Can GF 208 be applied on both the inside and outside of a window?

Yes! As long as the non-printed side is affixed to the window, either option works.

Important: GF 208 is not intended for inside applications where the graphics must be viewed from outside. (Applying the printed side directly to glass may result in ink transfer when removed.)
