The Schulze PRETREATmaker 5 Max is a high-capacity pretreatment machine built for mass-production DTG print shops, especially when paired with the GTX600. It features a large 24.8″ × 24.8″ spray area and a five-nozzle system with adjustable spray settings for precision control. The unit includes a 7″ touchscreen display, LED status lamp, digital tank-level monitoring, and “Smart Spray” automation (including presets, barcode scan-to-spray, and maintenance alerts) to streamline workflow and reduce downtime. Physically, it is about 38.6″ × 37.8″ × 20.5″ and has a multi-tanked design (two pretreat, one water, one waste) along with auto start/stop and pump cleaning functions.
